The product is formulated using carefully selected ingredients to make it ultra-kind to your pet’s skin and lathers slightly less than a conventional shampoo. It is therefore recommended that it be applied directly to your pet, without diluting. Shake the bottle before use. Wet your pet’s coat then apply a small amount of shampoo and massage to disperse the product evenly. Leave on for a moment, rinse thoroughly then dry. Puppies get cold very quickly when they are wet so they must be kept in a warm place until they are dry.
